it's inconceivable at the time to claim Somalis support such extreme wing. Thanks to Ethiopia and its handlers Somalia is now a ground for war and destruction where the hopes and dreams to rebuild the county is fading slowly.
Some western media had no shame in crediting Meles for the peace deal reached between Sudan and South Sudan. Thanks to Weakiliks, it was reaveld that Meles has been chosen as an advisor to those after Sudan's Bashir on how to eliminate him. As to the peace deal , it was actually Eritrea and the state of Quatar who should be credited for putting tremendous efforts to bringing these two brotherly people to the table and helping finalize the Doha agreement.
Domestically, the late PM -the champion for democracy -according to his western buddies, has rigged votes on at least two occasions to remain in power. Those who opposed and protested the illigality of the fake elections were met with bullets. And those who survived were put in jail and some just vanished.
In summary these are some of the sociopolitical transformations the Horne had undergone during Meles, much to his credit and none which call for appraisal. All the crimes committed against humanity and the destructions this region experienced for almost two decades is attributed largly to the late PM and is in sharp contrast to how the mainstream media portray him postmortem.
At this juncture what one hope for is the emergence of a new visionary leadership in Ethiopiaa; one who advances the interest of his people before others ; a leader devoid of hatred and one with conviction that in order for peace, stability and prosperity to reign in Ethiopia the same grace should be encouraged and facilitated in Somalia, Eritrea, Sudan and Djibouti. And this can only be accomplished through cooperation and mutual respect. Meles's wheeling and dealing with the west at the expense of the people in the region for over a decade had not achieved any positive results .
