Tesfai and Biniam.

Gabriel Delmonaco is cleary a fraud. He is another Senait Mehari. His
websites is down that clearly indicates fraud.

Eventhough he took down his blog, probably scared of lawsuits, he is
still in the website for the organization called CNEWA: As you can see
Hunger in Eritrea is in Front Page of CNEWA-United States Page
http://www.cnewa.org/home-us.aspx
The e-mail address for CNEWA USA is: cnewa@cnewa.org

If you look at the CNEWA Canada site, They also have a 'Hunger in
Eritrea' as their headline: http://www.cnewa.org/home-ca.aspx If you
scroll down the front page, you will see an article called CNEWA
Launches Eritrean Food Relief Campaign. It is a press Release. The
contact for the Canadian Site is: Carl Hetu, National Secretary,
Telephone: (613) 738-9666 E-mail: chetu@cnewa.org It would be
worthwhile contacting the Canadian office as well via phone or e-mail.

The best thing to do is target that organization (CNEWA), and mentioning
his name as a specific target, because the organization is where he can
be found eventhough he has taken down his website. Here is a link of
Gabriel Delmonaco pictured with the pope:
http://www.cnewa.org/newsletter2-us.aspx?newsletterID=1006

The same page that has Gabriel's Picture, you can see a title "Hunger In
Eritrea" and if you click on it it takes you to a page of another
article about Hunger in Eritrea. That page also has a footage of a kid
who doesn't remotely look Eritrean. At the bottom of the page, you can
see the donation setup, for Hunger in Eritrea, people donate money.

Eventhough he took down his website, he is still affliated with CNEWA,
which is an international organization, so they are just as responsible
to collect the money as he is, thus they need to be targeted.

We need to Target him aggressively via CNEWA. Since CNEWA seems to be
an international organization, collecting the money, so they need to be
held accountalbe and sued as well. CNEWA needs to be attacked big time
as well as Gabriel Delmonaco. Like the Germans that sued Senait Mehari
and the facts were straightened, eritreans need to challenge him as
well, by either suing or at least by aggressively contacting CNEWA and
its branches: such as Canada, India, Lebanon, etc. You can see those
sites when you first get to front page, look at the scroll down to
different branches of CNEWA. Once you get to a specific branch, then
you can look at their contact information so send the same e-mail to all
the branches.

One more thing worthwhile doing is contacting the Board of Trustees, and
treasures who are listed in the CNEWA website. Since it is an
organization, CNEWA must be able to defend itself in a court of law and
provide a substantial evidence of how they got their money, meaning what
names they used. and where the money went. Gabriel Delmonaco, needs to
be challenged for placing those footages of Ethiopian and Somalian
children and making up a headline titled "Hunger in Eritrea' and a
youtube video about Hunger in Eritrea.

The youtube video he posted on Eritrea is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6_6O-oH8XI

Another worthwhile question to ask is, What does the government of
Eritrea think of this? Are they gettng any money at all?
Did he go to Eritrea? To what extent are they letting him get away with
this? Like that article states about Food Emergency in
Eritrea, Does Eritrean Government have any knowlege of this? Are they
receivng any funds at all? If they are not receiving any relief funds,
Does it bother them? Do we have good lawyers to handle such a case?

Henok

PS: Biniam.
Thank you. Yes you may share the information with Dehaiers.
