Biniam Tekle, May be there is no such thing as international norms and regulations for you and every on knows that there are kids( children) beauty pageants in the country(USA) you and me live. but the subject we are talking is adult beauty pageant as every body understood except you. there is no mix between adult beauty pageant and kids. yes children pornography is legal in some countries also. which is some Eritreans may live in those countries. does Eritrea has to accept those countries norms because some Eritreans live there according your logic. I know you have some king of beef against me. but this is not about you and me. every time you try to ridicule my posting you forgot to think twice. I know you have an limited privilege access to post on dehai and to deny posting access to some one. but you have no free hand and green light to insult any one you do not like for no apparent reason. here is some world norms and regulations on beauty Pageants.

There is no such thing as “international norm” for these things. Here in the
country that you live in, there are Children beauty pageants, teen beauty
pageants, and your regular beauty pageant, not to mention the other weird
“beauty pageants”. They all have their own requirements including entry age.

Selam Merhawie, You said "PPS: Personally I also think that a minimum for
this competition should be
that you must pass the 12th grade matriculation exam" How do you expect them
to pass the 12th grade matriculation exam, when they are just sixteen and
seventeen years old( young under age ) girls. they are not even following
the international norm. which is one has to be 18 and above.
Notes: it is not a modeling contest it is a Beauty Pageant contest, Just a
remainder!
